Information we collect

Bug reports

What is collected: The bug report contains the user’s email address, version and name of the used software, device firmware version and a portion of the device log. Sending of a debug report requires user action (needs to be explicitly send from the user’s mail application) and user may review all the information before sending and decide whether they want to share it with us or not. We do not ask for explicit consent as we consider bug reports via email to be legitimate.
How it is used: We use information enclosed in the bug report to provide direct customer support and help improve the quality of our applications and services
Data retention: The conversations related to bug are kept for the lifetime of the app, unless requested by the user to delete it.

Crash reports

What is collected: The crash report is sent to us directly from the application in case it closes by itself. The reports are sent anonymously and only contains information of application version, name, log and device firmware version. It does not sent any information that can be used to identify an individual.
How it is used by us: We use information enclosed in the crash report to help improve the stability of our services and applications
Third parties involved: We Google's Firebase Crashlytics to store and analyse crash reports.
Data retention: The crash reports retain in system for a lifetime of the application (i.e. as long as the app is publicly offered or Third party providers mentioned above terminates contract or service).

Usage analytics

What is collected: All analytics data collected are completely anonymous, i.e. cannot be traced back to the data source. We are collecting app usage data and occurrence of certain in-app events.
How it is used by us: Analytics data are used to understand how users engage with our apps and to help improve the quality of our services and applications.
Third parties involved: Google Firebase
Data retention: The usage analytics data related to an app are kept for the lifetime of the application (i.e. as long as the app is publicly offered or Third party providers mentioned above terminates contract or service).

Advertisements

What is collected & how it is used: We are using only your Device Advertising ID and coarse (city-level) location to serve ads via digital ad provider. We don’t store any data related to ads on our premises.
Third parties involved: AdMob – an advertising service provided by AdMob Google Inc. Please read this overview of how they use information from sites or apps that use their services. Place of processing is USA.

How to opt-out from future personal data collection: Opt out. To opt out from ads completely, buying a paid version of the app is needed.

Do we disclose any information to outside parties?

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer, user identifiable information to outside parties. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our services, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety.
